For logistics reasons, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you have a preference for another item, we invite you to place another order and return the item.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the package in our warehouse. Please allow a few working days for the refund to be issued. The refund will be processed in the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
