Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Additional shipping and customs fees may apply to some countries, and will be added at checkout.
What delivery services do you use?
We work with Colissimo and Chronopost for France, DHL for international destinations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It all depends on the chosen delivery method.
In France, express delivery takes an average of 2 days* compared to 3 to 4 days* for standard delivery.
Abroad, the delivery time is 1 to 3 days*. Details of delivery will be provided by email. This estimation is only indicative and might change according to public holidays, weekends, busy periods, and other unexpected events such as strikes or unexpected weather events.
* Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on the time the order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after purchase.
Can I change my order?

Are the colors of the items presented online accurate?
Each item is photographed with the aim of highlighting the materials’ details. However, colors may vary slightly from one device (smartphone, computer, tablet) to another.
