Do you deliver internationally?


Yes, we ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Additional shipping and customs fees may apply to some countries, and will be added at checkout.


What delivery services do you use?


We work with Colissimo and Chronopost for France, DHL for international destinations.


How long will it take to receive my order?


It all depends on the chosen delivery method. 

In France, express delivery takes an average of 2 days* compared to 3 to 4 days* for standard delivery. 


Abroad, the delivery time is 1 to 3 days*. Details of delivery will be provided by email. This estimation is only indicative and might change according to public holidays, weekends, busy periods, and other unexpected events such as strikes or unexpected weather events


* Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on the time the order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after purchase. 


Can I change my order?


As far as possible, we will try our best to meet your requests for changes as long as they do not affect the preparation and dispatch process. We do not offer any guarantees in this regard. 


Can I cancel my order?


Yes, we will try our best to answer your cancellation requests as long as they do not affect the preparation and dispatch process. 


Are the colors of the items presented online accurate?

Each item is photographed with the aim of highlighting the materials’ details. However, colors may vary slightly from one device (smartphone, computer, tablet) to another.


Can I return a product? What is your return policy? 


You have 30 days upon delivery to return your items for a refund. 


Returns are at the customer charge. If your order was delivered in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain (47 of 52 provinces)*, Monaco and the Vatican, your can print your return label using our return portal here.

Please do not forget to add #INOUI- at the beginning of your order number. 


Please note that the returned items must not have been worn. Items with detached labels and in poor condition cannot be returned.


Inoui Editions reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Please allow a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of your return for the refund to appear on your account. An email will be sent to notify you that the refund has been issued. 


* The following Spanish provinces are not part of shipping destination: Balearic Islands Province, Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
