To track the delivery status of your order, enter your email and password to log into your account. Go to the "Orders'' section and click on the order number and then on "Track my order". You will also find this link in the notification email entitled "Your package is on its way”
We do our best to respect our delivery times. However, we are sometimes overwhelmed, especially during periods of high volume (Sales, Christmas, Private Sales), and we apologize if your order has not yet reached you.
If your order is not delivered on the scheduled delivery date, here are the steps to follow:
1. Check the tracking link
Check the tracking link in your "Orders" to find out where your order is. You will also find this link in the notification email entitled "Your package is on its way".
If you have received a delivery notice from one of our carriers, it is possible that the parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office or at the access point you have selected.
2. Check the delivery date
The estimated delivery date is shown on the tracking page. Please wait until this date for your order to be delivered. Please note that this date is only an estimate, so your order may arrive before or after this date. To track the progress of your order and its delivery, use the tracking link in "Orders" or in the "Your package is on its way" email notification.
3. Check your order
Check your account and order confirmation email to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct.
Check with your neighbors or your building concierge to ensure that they have not picked up the package on your behalf.
4. Contact us
If your order has still not arrived after 3 days, please contact us so that we can help you.
